Hot Fudge Sauce . . . You will want to eat in one setting!


This hot fudge sauce is so darn good I could probably eat it by the spoonful  . . . . OK, maybe I have but it is really good!  I love adding this to my Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccinos (DCCF).  Enjoy!



Hot Fudge Sauce 

1 cup butter
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups white sugar 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 


Combine butter, cocoa, sugar and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Carefully pour hot mixture into a blender and blend for 2 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately. Store in refrigerator.
